Your New Role…

The Digital Ad Operations team is looking for a Media Planning Executive to develop and coordinate digital ad sales media campaigns across Warner Bros Discovery’s International portfolio. The Executive will report to the Digital Planner and will support on response to client brief, forecasting inventory, building media plans, coordinating with central and international teams and monitoring campaign bookings and tracking inventory availability.

The Digital Ad Operations team sits within the International Ad Sales organization. The Media Planning Executive will be part of talented team of individuals located in London and Paris. They can expect to build media solutions which support the ad sales teams and grow the global ad sales revenue.

To be successful as a Digital Media Planning Executive you should have an understanding of ad systems, digital marketing, campaign & inventory tracking and be able to translate a client’s objectives into a digital media strategy. You will work closely with other internal teams, including 15 International Sales Teams, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence and Brand Solutions, to deliver seamless, integrated media experiences.

Please note - this is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Support frontline sales teams with responses to media briefs from Clients & Agencies.
  • Develop integrated digital media strategies, considering campaign budgets and KPI’s.
  • Perform inventory forecasting on Ad Servers such as GAM/ Freewheel.
  • Coordinate with market-based local teams to access Ad inventory across the WBD digital portfolio.
  • Liaise with local teams and campaign traffic managers to book campaigns.
  • Tracking of campaign status and inventory utilization.
  • Maintain close working relationships with sales teams, traffic managers and market-based local inventory managers, to keep all parties informed and up-to-date on sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Some experience in digital media industry, including knowledge of digital solutions.
  • Experience in ad campaign management, planning and forecasting.
  • Ideally the candidate will have understanding of ad systems such as GAM & Freewheel.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solutions driven with initiative
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English, second language beneficial (French, Spanish)
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
