Atlassian is looking for a world-class, senior product marketing manager to lead one of our newest products, Jira Product Discovery. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for owning Jira Product Discovery’s enablement strategy and supporting enterprise go-to-market strategy, while working closely with Product Management and other marketing teams to craft product positioning and messaging to ensure that we are effectively articulating the value of our solutions. At the same time, you will help influence our go-to-market strategy by bringing market and customer insights to product & sales leaders. This is a unique opportunity to play a big part in establishing a rapidly growing product.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900

Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800

Zone C: $125,100 - $166,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience

  • An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels

  • Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas

  • Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions

  • Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales enablement to help us meet our business goals

  • Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more

  • Have worked to deliver enterprise solutions before, either in a marketing, pre-sales, or post-sales capacity
