Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $125,600 - $167,400
Zone B: $113,000 - $150,700
Zone C: $104,200 - $139,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Atlassian is looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) Strategist to join our ABM team within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organization. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of collaborating closely with sales to gather account and persona insights. Additionally, they possess the ability to create engaging end-to-end 1:1 and 1:Few campaign journeys that leverage various channels such as paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, events and more. The ABM Strategist plays a crucial role as a partner to our AMER Strategic Sales Team. They collaborate with Enterprise Advocates (EAs), Enterprise Development Representatives (EDRs), and sales leadership to enhance revenue within Atlassian's Platinum accounts in AMER. In this role, you will report to the AMER ABM Team Lead.
On the first day, we’ll expect you to have:
A passion for understanding customers, their blockers, and challenges
Enjoy using data to create strategy and relies on data and performance metrics to make campaign optimizations
Strong track record developing and measuring integrated ABM campaigns (1:few, 1:1) and outbound programs in partnership with sales
Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, ABM stack including Demandbase, Outreach, Drift, Zoominfo, TechTarget Priority Engine, Reachdesk, Highspot, Folloze, Uberflip, 6sense, etc.
