Principal - Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst

Sales Strategy & Analytics team is growing and we are looking for a rockstar planning analyst who is knowledgable about Sales Planning, SaaS GTM frameworks and financial modeling. Do you enjoy model building? Are you highly analytical and can confidently work with various teams to translate models? If so, continue reading.

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, consulting, data analysis

  • Strong experience with modeling (Google Sheets & Excel), you can work with & build models to forecast out business motions

  • Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level

  • Good with data management & SQL, you can not only pull data together, but can blend multiple data sources

  • Proactive engagement with the management team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute a quarterly sales strategy plan

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org; basically you can execute as well as recommend.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $175,100 - $233,400

Zone B: $157,600 - $210,100

Zone C: $145,300 - $193,800

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
