Atlassian is looking for an experienced leader to drive the vision and strategy for cloud transformation, including product marketing for our migration tooling & experience and Data Center product line. Your role will be to drive the marketing vision and strategy for our messaging, enablement strategy, and product launches that fuel our most critical enterprise sales motions and adoption goals. You will work alongside global product, engineering, and business leaders implementing growth and retention strategies.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $173,200 - $231,000

Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900

Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

  • Experience: 8 years of enterprise B2B product marketing with at least 3 years managing a growing team of product marketers.

  • People management: As a player/coach, you're a passionate, self-starter and are eager to jump in and get things done but don't get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment. First and foremost, you are a manager who is focused on developing a collaborative team that feels they can deliver their best work and grow under your leadership.

  • Complex stakeholder management: You’ve been responsible for creating, driving, and managing go-to-market strategies for critical areas of a business and have experience leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives.

  • Launches & campaigns: Proven track record of successfully launching and market complex software products

  • Product expertise: Become the trusted GTM partner to the product team and establish a continuous feedback loop that encompasses customer input, market trends, and competitive factors to influence product development
