Our Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting team is composed of people with backgrounds in financial reporting and technical accounting. We're hiring a Senior Technical Accountant, reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. In this role, you'll manage our lease accounting under GAAP and IFRS, Australian consolidated group financials preparation and be the main contact for our service providers to ensure reporting compliance in the multiple countries where Atlassian has legal entities.

Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $109,600 - $146,100

Zone B: $98,600 - $131,500

Zone C: $90,900 - $121,200

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
