Overview

This role is an individual contributor with a proven track record of orchestrating complex projects & programs through effectively partnering with various stakeholders and teams - such as Sales Operations, PMM, and Sales Leadership. Your primary focus will involve conceptualizing, developing, and driving cross-functional Sales Enablement programs, ensuring seamless collaboration among various stakeholders to maintain program integrity.

You'll lead crucial change management efforts, spanning project scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution. Navigating through various responsibilities as you guide programs through their lifecycle, adaptability and flexibility are indispensable traits in this dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading operations programs or projects within an Enterprise SaaS company

  • 3+ years of experience partnering across operations, product, marketing, and sales to develop and execute programs aligned with product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Takes ownership and a proactive approach to any project, consistently driving results, and gets rave reviews all around when a project is completed.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting sales performance data and deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve sales outcomes.

  • Excellent project management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, efficiently allocating resources, and consistently delivering high-quality projects on time.

  • Exceptional business communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely across audiences, including executives, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience partnering with enablement delivery professionals who are experts in Learning & Development (ex: trainers, learning experience / instructional designers)

  • 2+ years of experience leading Enterprise-level Sales Enablement projects tailored to enterprise SaaS sales professionals (both internal sales & channel partners

  • Proven track record in designing and executing Sales Enablement programs to enhance sales team & channel partner effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $150,300 - $200,400

Zone B: $135,300 - $180,400

Zone C: $124,800 - $166,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
