Your future team

Our Compensation Delivery and Programs team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program and product management focused on compensation administration and execution. We manage all aspects of program execution and optimization to provide seamless delivery of compensation programs across our global population. We are the execution arm of the organization focused on making our compensation processes defect-free and scalable as Atlassian continues to grow!

We're hiring a Compensation Lead - Tooling and Analytics, reporting to the Sr Manager, Compensation Delivery and Programs. You are an experienced Compensation specialist with a background in compensation technology implementation and analytics. Here, you'll implement the next generation of compensation planning software and develop a multi-year technology roadmap to help automate and elevate the compensation experience for thousands of Atlassians. Additionally, you'll develop compelling data analytics products to help inform critical compensation policy and spend recommendations.

Your background

  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation with experience building technical requirements and developing a compensation technology strategy.

  • Bachelor's' degree in HR, Finance, Business or a related discipline

  • Background in SQL, Tableau, and Workday preferred.

  • Success leading implementation of new compensation technology platforms and managing prioritization of a compensation technology portfolio for partner technical organizations.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $152,300 - $203,100

Zone B: $137,100 - $182,800

Zone C: $126,400 - $168,600

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
