Atlassian is looking for a driven and creative Marketer to lead our Ecosystem Marketing team. As the go-to-market owner for the Atlassian Marketplace, developer platform, and technology partnerships, your role will be to guide the strategy and execution of our launches, programs, and overarching narrative.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about developers, partners, and the potential of an extensible platform to unlock customer value. You will lead the team in a wide range of GTM motions, from shaping Atlassian’s developer events to in-product cross-sell of apps to customers and delivering compelling marketing programs and benefits to partners.

This is a highly cross-functional role and holds a seat at the table in shaping the strategy of our products and platform.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $173,200 - $231,000

Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900

Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
