We need folks who are passionate about giving accurate, helpful information to our SMB users so they can make an informed decision. In turn, we provide our product and marketing teams with customer feedback to guide roadmap prioritization and messaging optimization.

The Product Advocacy Content Manager is a key member of the Growth & Product Advocates team and will report to the Senior Team Lead. You will be responsible for creating and managing demos plus other instructional product content to engage and support our SMB users.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $106,000 - $141,300

Zone B: $95,400 - $127,100

Zone C: $88,000 - $117,300

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

  • 3+ years of experience creating instructional content, including demos, webinars, and other instructional content, in a B2B SaaS tech company.

  • Ability to use data and analytics to improve content strategy and improvements.

  • Desire to learn new technologies and products, to evolve as a technical expert for our customers.

  • Professional, positive attitude plus exceptional soft skills for both internal and external communication and collaboration.

  • Experience working with customers on complex software issues.

  • Experience with technical, product-driven SMB sales.
