Atlassian is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our IT Marketing Technology team. Our fast-moving team delivers state-of-the-art solutions to address business problems & opportunities. Expectations for the role

  • Have 5+ years of experience at a Solution architect or lead technical architect capacity for transformational programs and projects in the Legal & Compliance space.

  • Have 12+ years of overall work experience in building or supporting internal systems.

  • Experience in building and supporting the future technology vision for Atlassian’s Marketing Strategy in the areas of Demand Generation, Email & content Marketing, Ad & Events Tech, Analytics & Insights.

  • Work with a myriad of different technologies home grown or third party applications like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Demandbase, ActionIQ and AdTech.

  • Build, govern and recommend technology strategy & architecture for enterprise level initiatives for Martech.

  • Participate in solution design discussions, architectural decisions, code reviews and drive agile method of delivering focusing on quality, CI/CD, and best practices.

  • Have experience building conceptual and logical architectures and procure required artifacts and documentation of such systems/landscapes, process design documents.

  • Bring experience with governance of initiatives that align with the overall enterprise architecture guidelines and principles.

  • Constantly scan and keep up with the Industry Trends in Tech.

  • Partner with broader Enterprise Architecture teams for vendor evaluation/heat maps and long term IT investment strategy.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $205,800 - $274,400

Zone B: $185,200 - $246,900

Zone C: $170,800 - $227,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
