We are looking for a dedicated and seasoned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will possess strong strategic acumen along with an in-depth comprehension of DEI principles and best practices. They will work closely with various stakeholders throughout their partner organization to formulate and execute initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving transformation. We are in search of a strategic and outcome-oriented partner to play a pivotal part in aligning our DEI endeavors with our business goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving business accomplishments.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $169,300 - $225,800
Zone B: $152,400 - $203,200
Zone C: $140,600 - $187,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic DEI-related role, with a proven track record of aligning DEI initiatives with business objectives.
Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate DEI concepts into tangible business outcomes.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the impact of DEI initiatives on business performance.
Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
