Business and Site Operations Program Manager - Bellevue, Washington

This is a in-person and individual contributor role in our Bellevue, WA office which requires you to be located in the Greater Seattle area.

Your future team

We are looking for an experienced Business and Site Operations Program Manager to oversee business operations across all of North America for Atlassian. As a member of the CTO Strategic Initiatives team, your role will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic site programs. These programs are crucial in our endeavor to establish a world-class engineering organization and create an exceptional workplace experience for Atlassian's North America employees.

Your role

You will bring a strong blend of program management skills, a proven track record in managing end-to-end strategic programs, a deep understanding of operational management in a large company, with the ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work in business operations, site management, HR, or event planning

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience).

• Experience leading high-impact, programs or projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment

• Demonstrated flexibility and a history of delivering results in a ambiguous and fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done through taking calculated risks and experimenting with new solutions

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $164,500 - $219,300

Zone B: $148,00 - $197,400

Zone C: $136,500 - $182,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
