We are looking for a Payroll Analyst in the United States who will manage the accurate processing of US payroll. This is a remote position. You will have experience processing payroll, be process and systems knowledgeable. You will be part of a fun, global team who engage with one another and have many opportunities to grow in our roles. Your future team

Our Payroll Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Payroll, Human Resources and Accounting. We process payroll to fulfill an essential company need. We're hiring a Payroll Analyst, reporting to the EMEA/NA Payroll Operations Manager.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $92,400 - $123,200

Zone B: $83,200 - $110,900

Zone C: $76,700 - $102,200

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

  • Your background

    • Graduate or related years of experience

    • At least 3+ years of related experience

    • Background in Multi US State Payroll

    • Success with embracing and driving change.

    • Excel experience

    • Good customer service, organizational, and prioritization abilities

    • Feel comfortable working with a remote manager
