We're looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join the Customer Support Services (CSS) Team, reporting to the Manager of Learning & Knowledge. You'll collaborate with partners across the organization to identify learning needs, develop training strategies, and implement solutions that improve performance, engagement, and professional growth. This strategic role requires expertise in learning methodologies, instructional design, and talent development practices. Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $145,800 - $194,400

Zone B: $131,300 - $175,000

Zone C: $121,100 - $161,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role

  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and learning technologies

  • Experience leading complex change and communicating to increase adoption

  • Demonstrated technical skills such as eLearning development and video production

  • Experience working in a global organization

  • Experience working in high-tech or customer support organizations

  • Portfolio of your learning design work available upon request
