We're looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join the Customer Support Services (CSS) Team, reporting to the Manager of Learning & Knowledge. You'll collaborate with partners across the organization to identify learning needs, develop training strategies, and implement solutions that improve performance, engagement, and professional growth. This strategic role requires expertise in learning methodologies, instructional design, and talent development practices. If you are passionate about analyzing complex people challenges and designing awesome learning experiences, then we need you!

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $145,800 - $194,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
