Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900

Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800

Zone C: $125,100 - $166,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Atlassian is looking for a world-class Senior Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market efforts for one of our newest products, Jira Product Discovery. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for owning Jira Product Discovery’s enterprise go-to-market strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to help a rapidly growing product! To be successful in this role, you’ll need to understand our enterprise and high-touch sales motions and work closely with our sales and product teams to bring the customer's voice back into our product.

On your first day, we'll expect you have:

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience

  • Have worked to deliver enterprise solutions before, either in a marketing, pre-sales, or post-sales capacity

  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and customer-facing content (presentations, demo scripting, web copy, etc.)

  • Collaborative with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution

  • Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas

  • An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels

  • Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions

  • Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
