Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on DEI, talent development, talent management, and employee engagement.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI-focused talent retention programs.
Strong facilitation skills and understanding of adult learning theory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret DEI-related data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple DEI initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of DEI best practices and current regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or DEI (e.g., Certified Diversity Professional).
Experience with HRIS systems and DEI analytics platforms.
Familiarity with organizational development and change management principles.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $169,300 - $225,700
Zone B: $152,400 - $203,100
Zone C: $140,500 - $187,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
