We are looking for a highly motivated Planning Manager to join Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS), the business-to-business (B2B) arm of Expedia Group (EG). We provide industry leading technology solutions powering thousands of partners across the globe with EG products. We are powered by the worlds travel platform enabling EPS to address almost every segment in the travel market from large online travel providers to your local high-street travel agent.
Demand Partner Solutions are looking for a dynamic planning manager to drive planning across Product and Technology. This role will have two key responsibilities; communications, event planning and co-ordination of organisational improvements; and quarterly planning processes.
You will work with a wide variety of partners across Demand Partner Solutions including leadership, being able to build strong relationships and successfully influence to drive common goals.
What you'll do:
Lead Demand Partner Solutions internal communications, events and organisational improvements, working with the product and technology teams to:
Ensure release emails are shared promptly and align with the framework provided
Co-ordinate with E4B comms team, ensuring relevant information is shared promptly and to a high standard
Drive Demand Partner Solutions events, ensuring smooth running and soliciting feedback for ongoing improvement
Prepare communications for SVP, Demand Partner Solutions, where relevant to be shared with Product and Technology teams
Facilitate the quarterly planning and communications process working with product and technology leads to:
Drive timelines to ensure all parties are clear on delivery expectations and documentation is clear and completed to a high quality
Coordinate quarterly prioritization sessions, driving teams towards a prioritised list, identifying areas of interdependencies
Own consolidation and communication of quarterly planning documentation
Implement continuous improvement of the process each quarter, seeking feedback from all stakeholders
