We are looking for a highly motivated Planning Manager to join Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS), the business-to-business (B2B) arm of Expedia Group (EG). We provide industry leading technology solutions powering thousands of partners across the globe with EG products. We are powered by the worlds travel platform enabling EPS to address almost every segment in the travel market from large online travel providers to your local high-street travel agent.


Demand Partner Solutions are looking for a dynamic planning manager to drive planning across Product and Technology. This role will have two key responsibilities; communications, event planning and co-ordination of organizational improvements; and quarterly planning processes. You will work with a wide variety of partners across Demand Partner Solutions including leadership, being able to build strong relationships and successfully influence to drive common goals.

What you'll do:

  • Support Demand Partner Solutions internal communications, events and organizational improvements, working with the product and technology teams to:

  • Coordinate internal team announcements, communications, and org visuals via slack, internal sites, and other mediums

  • Develop, socialize, and maintain Demand Partner Solutions rhythm of business calendar to enable our teams to stay informed and aware of key processes/events.

  • Provide business operations support.

  • Facilitate the cross-divisional quarterly planning process working with product and technology leads to:

  • Drive timelines to ensure all parties are clear on delivery expectations and documentation is clear and completed to a high quality

  • Coordinate quarterly prioritization sessions, driving teams towards a prioritized list, identifying areas of interdependencies

  • Own consolidation and communication of quarterly planning documentation

  • Analyze/report on quarterly planning metrics and scorecard.

  • Implement continuous improvement of the process each quarter, seeking feedback from all stakeholders

  • Proven attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision makers and build strong relationships across multiple domain teams

  • Ability to analyze business data, adeptly leveraging tools like excel and powerpoint to effectively convey key insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

The total cash range for this position inSpringfield - Travelnow is $108,500 to $152,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $173,500 which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
