Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Cash Allocations team is part of the Partner Payment Operations team and is responsible for application of payments for business to business activity for Expedia and its various subsidiaries. As such, we require an individual who can protect confidential information, is detail oriented, self-starting and creative with a real passion for standard methodologies. Additionally, they will need to have good communication skills and the ability to work across departmental and company boundaries with both internal and external customers.

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Applications

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred (Visio is a plus)

  • Ability to make discernment calls based on limited information, with or without direct mentorship, but in accordance with all policies, procedures, and controls

  • Pay attention to detail, organized, efficient and has a strong ability to multi-task

  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, analytical and mathematical skills

  • Positive attitude, forward-thinking and the aim to work with minimal direction

  • You are diligent, flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic, changing environment

What You Will Do:

  • Complete all requests from internal and external customers for the entry and maintenance of AR receipts, direct debit, and credit card failures.

  • Update payment application to amend previously applied payments

  • Maintain AR records and supporting documentation and assist with month end reconciliations

  • Utilize SQL Queries, Power Queries, Oracle and other software to complete bulk processing and reporting

  • Communicate business results to internal partners in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Maintain documented cash allocations processes and procedures


The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $39,000.00 to $54,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $62,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
