Senior B2B Marketing Specialist

The Expedia B2B Growth Marketing team is based in locations all around the world and is responsible for building and developing relationships with hotels and properties to constantly align our product offering to our traveler’s demand.

We’re looking for an experienced, detailed and strategic professional to join our team and play a key role in helping achieve strategic business objectives for Expedia Group and our lodging supply partners.

As Senior Marketing Specialist you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the globe to manage and execute communications to our partners that are critical to their business and our own. You’ll own the strategy and process for our fundamental business communications, creating programs that are scalable, smart and measurable.

What you’ll do:

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop campaigns and programs that reflect the needs of the business – globally, with regional considerations

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and programs targeting multiple key segments within our customer base via our marketing automation tool, Marketo

  • Build and edit landing pages in the marketing automation tool when needed

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop cross team processes that enable clear communication and create efficiencies across teams

  • Build, test, optimize and increase the performance of regional marketing campaigns

  • Forecast, measure, and analyze metrics to assess the impact of campaign activities

Who you are:

  • 3+ years direct experience in email marketing tools such as Adobe Marketo

  • Ability to work effectively across the organization with groups such as sales, product, legal or analytics to build campaigns and programs to achieve business goals in a globally matrixed organization

  • Outstanding communicator with validated ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences

  • A highly-motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for action

  • Experienced in using data and experimentation to address business needs

  • Excellent problem-solving mentality with the ability to dive into the detail but also see the big picture

  • Strong project leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex marketing programs

  • Strong adaptability skills and capacity to change approach or strategy as needed to adjust to a changing environment

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500 to $115,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $74,000.00 to $103,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $118,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
