What you’ll do:

  • Serve as operational point of contact internally and externally, knowledgeable about strategic partner specifications, vendors, and EG APIs
  • Own processes improvements and maintain feedback loops, with internal and external partners, to ensure the voice of the partner is heard
  • Coach and mentor team members on processes and best practices
  • Manage large-scale projects for connected strategic partners
  • Lead the development of global process documentation and help define the standards for excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot problems affecting partners and ensure optimal account performance during onboarding and product enablement
  • Onboard connected partners, enable products for existing partners, and load new merchandising campaigns in conjunction with commercial teams
  • Track and provide data on key performance indicators, including timelines and handle times
  • Communicate updates throughout project lifespan with clients and internal partners on various teams
  • Own and participate in critical initiatives related to Expedia Group goals, including empowering partners to leverage EG tools and capabilities


Who you are:

  • Experience in implementation management, client services project management, engagement management or similar experience in a partner-facing role
  • Intermediate+ knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data is necessary; experience with SQL preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, and issue-tracking software (JIRA, etc.)
  • Experience with XML and JSON preferred but not required
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; proven experience dealing with diverse, international teams and partners, building agreement and cooperation, and coaching/advising others
  • Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to prioritize projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to learn new software and technical processes quickly
  • Experience establishing metrics, reporting on results, and adjusting procedures to improve results

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $61,500.00 to $86,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $98,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
