What You'll Do:

As a Sr. B2B Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. Working closely with the marketing team and stakeholders, you will leverage automation tools and capabilities to nurture leads, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to the overall success of our B2B marketing efforts at scale.

  • Develop and independently execute emailcampaigns in Marketotargeting multiple audience segments to drive growth

  • Work closely with marketing operations to ensure accuracy and analytics to measure results

  • Lead the identification and development of new email nurture programs to help evolve our customer marketing lifecycle

  • Routinely assess current programs to ensure relevancy of content and reach

  • Test and optimizeto increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop campaigns and programs that reflect the needs of the business – globally, with regional considerations

  • Forecast, measure, and analyze metrics to assess the impact of the campaigns and activities in terms of key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Expand your impact to influence the product roadmap and identify opportunities to evolve partner journeys informed by partner insights and behaviors

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in marketing automation and campaign management

  • 3+ years direct experience in email marketing tools such as Marketo

  • Consistent track record of working in a results-driven environment accountable to meet growth targets

  • Ability to work effectively across the organization with groups such as sales, product, legal or analytics to build campaigns and programs to achieve business goals in a globally matrixed organization

  • Outstanding communicator with validated ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences

  • A highly-motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for action 

  • Experienced in using data and experimentation to address business needs

  • Excellent problem-solving mentality with the ability to dive into the detail but also see the big picture

  • Strong project leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex marketing programs

  • Strong adaptability skills and capacity to change approach or strategy as needed to adjust to a changing environment

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500 to $115,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $74,000.00 to $103,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $118,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
