Introduction to the team
We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise.
We are looking for a Business Programs Manager to join a close-knit team responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Expedia Group’s Marketing Division. You will help run business processes, organize global events and meetings, and implement programs that drive cross-team cohesion. We serve as a central link for leaders and teams throughout the organization, help connect people across the business, and ensure teams are driving toward the same purpose.
In this role, you will:
Support a Marketing leader and their organization operations through activities like: planning staff agendas, managing overheads (i.e. headcount), and coordinating and facilitating meetings (i.e. townhalls and offsites)
Provide general program management support for initiatives and special projects
Identify gaps and drive improvements to resolution with the necessary teams and partners
Liaise with other Business Operations teams to identify, implement, and share key learnings and best practicesacross organizations
Manage knowledge base in SharePoint and Confluence with up to date with processes, information and resources
Coordinate divisional deliverables: create work back schedules, send reminders and comms, update operating calendar
Set timelines and manage expectations with internal partners; gather and follow up on action items
Partner with Communications team with monthly newsletter and divisional meetings
Experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+years of relevant experience
A self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills in ambiguity
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills– used to collaborating with senior leaders across divisions daily
Curious, forward-thinking and thrives on collaboration, clarity of purpose, authenticity, and positivity
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, holding self and leaders accountable to multiple initiative deadlines

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
