Job Overview

Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base. Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals. In addition to providing market feedback for support and development of new products.

  • Attain the yearly sales goals for the territory.
  • Reach a strong and productive relationship (manage) with our sales agents quickly.
  • Able to work independently and as part of international selling team.
  • Operate as a teammate within the Hipotronics Sales department, pitch in where needed.
  • Be, or quickly become, a respected sales professional.
  • Participate at technical symposia and trade exhibitions.
  • Provide written and oral reports as needed.

A Day In The Life

  • Generate price proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Provide technical (specifications) documentation for the quotes.
  • Interface with marketing and engineering on technical issues.
  • Provide market feedback and write technical specifications for new products.
  • Correspond with customers, agents and regional manages as needed.
  • Identify and report issues that may impact our ability to meet customer requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact and maintain effective relationships with other employees
  • Bachelors (preferred) or associates degree in technical or business field or minimum of 5+ years in sales role
  • Willing to travel up to 25-50% of time
