Job Overview

The Pre-Apprentice Test Technician is responsible for paying attention to and following instructions given by the mentor Test Technician that he or she is assigned to. He or she is also encouraged to ask questions when needed.

A Day In The Life

  • Perform general housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and provide a safe working environment at all times.
  • Support plant-wide Safety initiatives.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Current high school junior or senior
  • 2.5 GPA (unweighted)
  • Successfully completed Math I, II, III
  • Good attendance (no more than 5 absences per year)
  • Able to stand/walk 10-90% of work day
  • Occasional bending and squatting required
  • Occasional lifting required (up to 40 lbs)
