This is a part-time (20-30 hours per week), hybrid position working closely with the Well-Being & Engagement Consultants and the Benefits team to support clients with event coordination and oversight, vendor research, and general support with well-being projects led by the consultants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead well-being consultant for select St. Augustine office clients and events
  • Support well-being projects led by the Well-Being & Engagement Consultants across the Atlantic Region
  • Assist in coordinating client health fairs, biometric screening events, and other well-being related events to include:
    • Identify and secure health fair vendors including finding new vendors to keep events fresh and exciting
    • Attend client events to support success
    • Follow up after events for feedback/improvements
  • Prepare communication pieces to promote client initiatives
  • Assist with employee interest surveys to support the well-being team in program design and strategy
  • Conduct research on various well-being topics as needed and provide summaries to well-being team
  • Assist with championing the NFP well-being initiatives to the St. Augustine office to drive engagement and positively impact the health and well-being of NFP colleagues
  • Establish successful working relationships with clients, NFP Well-Being team and account teams, vendors, and insurance carriers to ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Help the team to stay informed on industry research, trends, vendors, and benchmarking, to bring innovative approaches to client-specific strategies
  • Attend meetings with the team, to include in-person and virtual, both locally and regionally, as well as with clients, as determined by supervisor
  • Additional duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Licensing/Certifications:

  • In Junior or Senior year of Bachelor’s Degree program in Health Science, Organizational Psychology, Public Health, or related
  • 1-2 years’ experience with customer service a plus
