Job Overview
This role will serve as primary contact for assigned team and team process(es) and provide for basic technical or routine assistance and/or training when necessary.
Shift: L Shift working Wednesday night, Thursday night and Friday night from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
There will be a Shift differential of 27% added to your hourly rate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Primary contact for the assigned team/process for basic technical or routine questions providing technical assistance and/or training when necessary
- Provide training to all shift personnel regarding standard operating procedures and processing techniques
- Provide training to operators regarding quality procedures, including procedures pertaining to measure dimensions and containment of non-conforming materials
- Ensure job order and appropriate production process being followed by assigned employees
Analyze and report production results (including concerns) to Supervisor - Assist in production planning and resources allocation with Supervisor and other members of Leadership Staff
- Assist in the resolution of production process issues (workflow, re-work, first piece inspection, etc.)
- Lead process improvement projects within team
- Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
