Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Candidate must be in driving distance to the Austin Landing location as this is a hybrid role. 1st shift

We are actively hiring Client Care Associate / Customer Service Representatives in our Kettering, Ohio office. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, follow up on customer orders, expedite deliveries and respond to queries about TE products or services. Maintain quality service by following policies and procedures and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. The successful candidate will leverage effective listening skills, attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and an honest desire to make a difference to ensure each customer experience is exceptional.

What your background should look like:

Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, under presser and act quickly to changing priorities.
Must be enthusiastic self-motivated and able to handle own workload.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and continuously develop functional knowledge and an understanding of TE company products and processes.
Superb listening skills and professional oral & written communication skills with an ability to inspire trust and accountability through an empathetic communication style which promotes a quality image of TE.
A passion for serving customers and a personal commitment to following through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.), Salesforce, SAP a plus
BA/BS degree preferred or 5 years of experience in related field.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $39,120 - $41,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
