Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.


Reporting to the marketing manager, IVD Solutions, the Digital Marketing Specialist will serve on the InVitro Diagnostics (IVD) marketing team within TE’s Medical Business Unit. Collaborate closely with the IVD commercial team, Medical marketing team and Marketing Service teams; the initial focus will be on supporting the development or enhancement of fundamental lead-driving digital marketing initiatives, to include search engine optimization (SEO),Google paid search, enhancements to the IVD webpage structure, and LinkedIn advertising.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively and exercise strong time management. The candidate will be commercially savvy with a strong will to win - success in the role will be measured by a well-developed pipeline and the delivery of consistent multi -year revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies that align with marketing objectives, leveraging a mix of online channels and tactics, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and more.
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, and monitor and improve organic search rankings.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of digital tools, channels, and methods.
  • Work cross-functionally with the IVD sales team, Medical marketing team, other internal marketing resources, Legal and external vendors; communicate proactively to manage expectations, project timelines, and logistics.
  • Support the research and implementation of data to target the right decision-making individuals and their organization in marketing plans.
  • Manage a variety of marketing tasks and projects on time and within budget, supporting requests for copy, graphics and reviews to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Actively assist in the design and adoption of marketing protocols and tools to increase the efficiency of the marketing team.
  • Support the research and integration of data into marketing campaigns and plans to target the right individuals and organizations.
  • Align with manager to ensure budgeting, planning, and execution are integrated into overall departmental priorities.
  • Collaborate with manager and peers to understand department/team priorities and workflow to support collective business needs.
  • Gain proficiency in the marketing technology stack that includes Eloqua, Salesforce, Demandbase, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, SEMRush, Asana, iCapture, and more.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing and 3+ years' experience.
  • Experience in a B2B environment for technically-orientated products or services, ideally with experience in healthcare, life sciences or medical device industries; global marketing experience a plus.
  • Experience developing SEO, PPC and paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity of tools similar to the TE marketing technology stack of (Eloqua, Salesforce, Demandbase, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, SEMRush, Asana, iCapture).
  • Able to take ownership, work independently, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues.
  • High attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast past environment and as a team player.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort synthesizing ideas, communicating insights, driving actions, and interpreting results.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex programs simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $67,200 - $100,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
