Job Overview

This position reports to the Legacy Tubing Supervisor, this is a Monday - Friday schedule 8 hours a shift

  • Prepare tooling for the next orders on dispatch+4:21
  • Perform set-ups
  • Diagnose problems
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Reviewing TI's for improvements
  • Work with engineering to change processes
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines
  • Maintain tooling & order new or get tooling repaired
  • Detect faulty operations and defective material
  • Work with maintenance to fix equipment issues
  • Help with PM's
  • Clean tooling
  • Inform leads for inventory issue
  • Certified new operators to run machine
  • Team member training
  • Offer guidance to operators
  • Cover for vacations and PTO

What your background should look like:

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience

  • Five to ten years experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills in support of manufacturing operations

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results aligned with business objectives

  • Demonstrated experience using PC based systems in a network environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, Teams, PLM (Document control), and ERP systems

  • Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $60,320-90,480 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
