Job Overview
Maintains customer complaint and corrective action database, reports, and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to report to upper management changes on trends regarding a root cause analysis.
- Files correspondence and other records including reject tags, test reports, and internal deviations, etc
- Enter statistical data as required, such as incoming inspection vendor reports.
- Assists Document Control Coordinator as necessary.
- Makes copies of vendor reports and prints other required documents.
- Logs all customer complaints, maintain logs for RCA and CAPA registry, produces weekly and provide reports to TEOA teams as need it. Maintain records and create Paretto analysis as requested.
- Assist quality department to facilitate and document RCA and CAPA weekly review meetings.
- Responsible to maintain current RCA and CAPA weekly review meeting minutes.
- Is trained in and provides internal audit support.
What your background should look like:
Experience Required
High school or equivalent education/work experience plus 2 years clerical experience; good knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, flow charting software, accurate typing and data entry. Operation of normal office machines and practices.
- Skill in using Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent typing and data entry skills

Competencies
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,760-$42,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
