About the Opportunity

Due to continued strong growth and the award of several new projects supporting critical infrastructure across NSW's transition to renewable energy, we are looking for an Administrator to join our NSW Project Controls Team.

As the Project Controls Administrator, you will provide support to the Group Project Controls team, specifically in supplier procurement (registration, pre-qualification and onboarding).

Key accountabilities for the position:

• Support the onboarding/registration/prequalification of suppliers into PROCUR-e
• Provide general assistance with supplier-related queries
• Support project teams with tracking of project performance data (i.e. plant, subcontractors and suppliers)
• Support contract administration, including the preparation of progress claim files, writing variation orders and coordination
• Actively participate in the development of internal systems and processes

Capability & Experience you will need to have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Well-developed MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with Finance Systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Construction Induction Training (CIT/'White Card')
