About the role
As the Culture and Engagement Manager your role will be to support the PEx team (People Experience) in aligning the business and its people.
Your work will cover culture, engagement and well-being initiatives (underpinned by inclusivity) that are designed to nurture our people and align them to the business goals and ambitions.
You will become the esteemed specialist in all matters of culture and engagement and you will work collaboratively across the PEx and HR functions.
This role will assist the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement in championing effective engagement practices across our business.
