Business Operations Administrator
The role supports Sales Order Administration, Licensing, New Product Integration, and CRM within International Business Operations, aiding in smooth product integration, efficient sales processes, and improved customer experience.
Sales Administration: Assist with preparing sales orders, commercial invoices, quotations, and export documentation; coordinate with customers, integration centers, and freight agents for order dispatch; support the Asia Pacific Sales Administrator.
New Product Integration: Help maintain the product catalogue, create sales promotions, support troubleshooting of product catalogue issues, collaborate with marketing on new products, and assist the Product Integration & Configuration Manager.
Licensing: Assist with licensing queries, data entry for license renewals, scanning and filing novations, and support the Licensing Manager and Credit and Billings team.
CRM: Assist in Salesforce administration, gather requirements for CRM enhancements, and support the Senior Business Analyst.
Other: Handle reports, presentations, research projects, and organize travel and accommodation as required.
