About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for the development of all infrastructure solutions up to $100 million across the landside precincts of the airport. This includes but is not limited to, roads and associated transport infrastructure, drainage, utilities, and land developments.

Key deliverables associated with this role include precinct development plans and strategies inclusive of wholistic program approach, development and delivery program structure including reporting, on time performance, facilitating business case development and delivering on the approved business cases, relationship management, cost control and compliance with the project governance framework.

About you

This is a key leadership position within our Infrastructure Development & Delivery team. You will have at least 5 direct reports overseeing a team of more than 20 people. Broadly speaking the team is comprised of several positions that are focussed on project development and the others who are focussed on project delivery.

Tertiary qualified you will be deeply experienced in infrastructure development & delivery, including experience in program management, or managing multi-disciplinary teams. Whilst exposure to airport related developments is beneficial, the industry in which you have honed your infrastructure expertise is not as critical as your capacity to provide strategic leadership.
