About the role

This role is a key member of the team that will design and deliver the new terminal precinct at Brisbane Airport, a substantial program of works, known as T3PP. Reporting to the Program Director, in this role you will be responsible for the management of the technical requirements from all project stakeholders and integration of these into the design outcome.

This will entail the implementation and monitoring of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, management of the internal and external stakeholder technical requirements and reporting and working in partnership with the Communications Manager, to develop and deliver audience appropriate internal and stakeholder communications plans for identified projects.

You love the complexity of large projects, the range of stakeholders involved and enjoy being part of a happy, high performing team, focussed on delivering a legacy. Skilled in project planning, and the development of stakeholder strategic plans, you have excellent relationship and communications skills, although it must be stressed that this is not a communications role.

You will have well developed analytical skills with the ability to investigate problems and develop appropriate responses through abstract thinking and using creative solutions. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to renegotiate priorities, you are comfortable in an environment where there is a need to adapt to ambiguous, urgent and/or complex situations where information may be incomplete or not available.
