We’re looking for a Online Assistant to join our Woolworths Grey Lynn Central team

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

  • Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers

  • Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries

  • Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you

In this customer-focused role we are looking for our new team member that

  • Understands good customer service.

  • Help us make customer first decisions aligned to our processes and systems

  • Work well within our team and communicate effectively

  • A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift

  • Most important a friendly smile and welcoming attitude

The shifts times and days for this opportunity are:

Shift 1: Monday 1400-2100, Tuesday 1400-2100 and Sunday 0700-1630
Shift 2: Wednesday 1400-2100, Thursday 1400-2100 and Saturday 0830-1800
Shift 3: Thursday 0900-1830, Friday 0900-1830 and Sunday 0500-1430
Shift 4: Wednesday 0500-1430, Friday 0830-1800 and Saturday 0500-1430
Shift 5: Tuesday 0500-1430, Thursday 0500-1430 and Sunday 0900-1830
