Sales Enablement Partner - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Enablement Partner to join the Commercial Enablement team to help grow the development, design and delivery of our sales enablement programs across Domain. This is a hybrid role based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
Reporting into the Commercial Enablement Leader, you will work in an agile team that is critical to ensure we successfully deliver against our marketplace strategy and evolve the way we engage with customers to build trusted partnerships. You will partner with various stakeholders across Domain including Sales Managers, Customer Solutions and Commercial Operations teams to continue influencing, embed and executing a fit for purpose Sales Enablement strategy.

The ideal candidate will…
- Work closely with key stakeholders to continue embedding and reinforcing our new Sales Methodology which is customer centric focused and delivers SaaS solutions that drive value for our customers
- Have strong facilitation skills with extensive experience leading the design, build and delivery of sales capability uplift programs with a blended learning approach as well as facilitating any in-person training sessions as required
- Have strong program management skills with the ability to develop and execute large scale project plans
- Develop and iterate existing onboarding and learning modules in line with new product development and enhancements
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement Specialist to onboard new starters, which may include facilitation of workshops and new starter working groups
- Collaborate with the Commercial Enablement Team and People Experience Team to deliver all training and support to teams and coach, guide and support leader-led best practice sales coaching and training
- Possess proven sales team leadership experience and/or strong sales experience
- Have the ability to manage ambiguity and continue to drive projects
- Have the ability to gain idea buy-in from all types of stakeholders through effective communication skills, public speaking, and expectation setting
- Have experience in Salesforce and Google Suite is a must and Confluence, Cornerstone, Highspot, Asana would be nice to have
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Education, Learning or Business.
