We're on the lookout for an Operations & Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at West Pennant Hills. In this role, you'll collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering Incident Response and Motorway Maintenance activities for the NorthConnex tunnel. You'll take full ownership of financial and contractual management, all while maintaining Downer's commitment to the safety, health and wellbeing of our people and our communities.

About You:

You're a proactive manager with a track record of success in driving projects or services, adept at asset and resource planning, and skilled in project management. Key qualifications and experience include:

• A degree qualification in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated operations management experience in delivering road/tunnel maintenance, rail experience is also highly regarded.
• Familiarity with TfNSW Projects and TfNSW standards.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of contracts, scopes of work, specifications, and technical/engineering requirements.
• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring diverse teams to ensure optimal operational delivery.
