About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant with an interest in Marketing & Events to join our Marketing, Comms & Events team in Melbourne or Sydney.

As Team Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing & Communications as well as the Events team. This role is perfect for an organised individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will bring a creative flair to the role and thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment.

In this role you would be responsible for;

  • Managing & coordinating of PD Days, UACs & AR Conferences - Diary management, booking flights & Accommodation, registrations & co-ordination
  • Assist with running external monthly webinars
  • Execute company website edits & posting of Blogs (Hubspot)
  • Create Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Certificates and maintain the register of all CPD training and attendees
  • Providing support to the Marketing & Events team including management of diaries and expenses
  • Ensuring word documents are updated to align with branding requirements
  • Proofing of InDesign documentation following completion by the Graphic Designer
  • Ordering of business cards for new starters
  • Coordination of meeting agendas
  • Completion of monthly surveys and digital statistics from Hub Spot
  • Management of department spreadsheets
  • Management of inquiries to Brokers in multiple generic inboxes
  • Power Point Presentation overflow from team
  • Execute documentation edits (InDesign)
  • Research and co-ordinate ordering of promotional goods
  • General adhoc team assistant duties

About You

As a suitable candidate you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, be self-motivated and results oriented and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong working knowledge of MS Programs including Word, Power point & Excel is also required for this role.
