The Opportunity

As the Regional HSEQ Manager, you will partner with the Regional Leadership Team to deliver our HSEQ framework and outcomes in alignment with the broader HSEQ strategy. With your expertise, you will lead your team to undertake audits, investigations and inspections across the Region to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, processes and controls and most importantly the safety of our people.

Your strength lies in collaborating with teams across the region to improve our HSEQ approach, ensuring it meets legislative standards, customer expectations and operational requirements. Reporting to the HSEQ Executive Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Quality Business Partners, HSE Business Partners, P&C Business Partners and the senior leadership team. This role is based out of our Girraween office in Western Sydney.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead HSEQ change through influencing, coaching and collaborative relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HSEQ data and develop reports/insights for action
  • Strong technical knowledge of the regulatory environment with a practical approach for delivering strong safety outcomes
  • A people centric and solutions focused leader who has successfully delivered effective and valuable outcomes
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant qualification in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality related discipline
  • ICAM lead investigator certification preferred
