An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global People team. This role will manage the full life-cycle recruitment needs of the APAC business for a range of positions. From direct sourcing, to fostering and establishing consultative working relationships with People Leaders, to offer management and process improvement. This is a varied and diverse role. You will also be involved with leading talent projects and shaping the overall attraction strategies for Iress.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

  • Be able to provide effective, timely and up to date recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business and attract the best talent pipeline across a range of roles from graduates right through to senior hires

  • Generate targeted advertising campaigns using the most relevant online channels available, media campaigns and recruitment events where appropriate and proactively develop networks of appropriately skilled resources to support sourcing activity

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with People Leaders across the business

  • Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Monitor, track and report back on recruitment activity within agreed SLAs

  • Maintenance and management of candidate management system (Workday)

  • Keep up to date with recent talent/hiring trends and constantly share insights with People Leaders to help make informed decisions

  • Influence and guide People Leaders on Talent Acquisition best practices

  • Lead various talent projects and implement overall attraction strategies for Iress

  • Utilise your knowledge and reporting capabilities to provide data insights and support business decision making

  • Partner and provide guidance with People Leaders on strategic workforce planning and talent mapping opportunities

  • Contribute to the wider People Team and business initiatives


What you will bring:

  • You’ll need a proven track record of recruitment and resourcing experience in an in-house or RPO role within the IT, software or financial services industry

  • Experience recruiting for various corporate and IT roles, ranging from entry-level to executive searches

  • You’ll be skilled at direct sourcing using a range of talent acquisition tools (eg. Linkedin Recruiter, Talent Insights, Seek Talent Search, etc…)

  • You’ll be able to show expertise in best practices in recruitment, including a thorough knowledge of basic employment legislation related to recruitment, diversity & inclusion best practices and an innovative and flexible approach to sourcing strategies

  • You are passionate about great candidate experience, with high levels of integrity

  • We’re problem solvers and collaborators, so although you’ll have your own designated responsibilities, we expect every member of our team to share and learn from each other

  • You’re passionate about people, driven by improvements and naturally inquisitive

  • You know what great recruitment looks and feels like, and you’re proactive with your People Leaders and candidates
