We are seeking driven and vibrant Fund Administrators to join our Benefits team! You will join a supportive and lively team with processing benefit payments from our Superannuation clients, and ensuring the benefit payments are maintained with legislative limits and Trustee requirements.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

  • Workflow Actioning of workflow documents

  • Indexing of outgoing correspondence via workflow and Document Manager

  • Preparing benefit payments for processing (including Departing Australian Superannuation Payments/Financial Hardships/Compassionate Grounds/Death)

  • Process member account updates

  • Processing benefit payments and switches

  • Checking completed simple benefit payments

  • Responding to client enquiries within agreed SLA


What you will bring:

  • Ideally you have experience within Superannuation or in a similar role

  • A can-do attitude and team player mentality

  • Willingness to learn

  • Demonstrated drive and commitment towards attaining the highest possible standards

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as adherence to processes and procedures
