The role:

An exciting opportunity to join the Knight Frank Marketing team as a National Service Line Marketing Manager. This role will provide marketing and communications expertise to develop marketing strategies and lead marketing initiatives. This diverse role requires a marketing professional, adept in all elements of the marketing mix, to create, drive and deliver the service lines’ marketing strategies with the objective of building the firm’s brand profile, harnessing our global resources, and promoting our local full-service capability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand Service Line objectives to develop and manage an effective marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with the Service Line Heads and wider teams to drive implementation, analyse results and evolve from learnings.
  • Develop and drive initiatives across each client journey to build brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and loyalty to the service line offering.
  • Identify future innovative marketing mediums, produce fresh ideas, and future newsworthy content to ensure Knight Frank is seen as “Best in Class.”
  • Deliver comprehensive campaign/activity insight reports to analyse results, determine learnings and drive continual improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to relevant Service Line Heads, PR, Research, Global & APAC Marketing.
  • Plan, manage and execute brand events (in person and digital) in conjunction with service line/s, delivering the best ROI.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum six years’ experience in Marketing and/or Business Development.
  • Tertiary qualified in the Marketing/Communications/Business discipline (or willingness to complete qualifications).
  • Competent across digital tools, trends and technologies including but not limited to SEM, SEO, and marketing automation (highly regarded).
  • Data analytics to report on results which identify trends and opportunities for future optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and opportunities.
  • Financial/budget management skills.
