The role:

Knight Frank are recruiting for a Portfolio Accountant to work across a major commercial and retail portfolio.

You will primarily to be providing specialized accounting services to our Asset Management team and ensuring that financial reporting needs are met in line with our contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities (and not limited to the below):

• Preparation of monthly financial reporting pack on the portfolio of assets.
  
• Provide general accounting and management support.
  
• Develop and maintain any necessary spreadsheets.
  
• Ensure all invoices are raised in a timely manner.
  
• Raise any accrual / prepayment and adjusting entries.
  
• Perform all necessary reconciliation.

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in Property (preferred) or similar accounting position.
  
• Management Reporting International (MRI) software experience (preferred not essential)
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skillset.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage a number of tasks or projects simultaneously.
  
• Confident and well presented.
