What next?

To apply – just submit your CV.

No need to submit a separate address of the key selection criteria, and no need for a cover letter. Instead, we like to ask a couple of assessed questions in the application form to get to know you better outside of what is written on your CV.

In this instance the questions are:

  1. What is the main thing that stands out to you about this job, and has led you to apply? (Max 200 words)
  2. Tell us about a time when you had to present a new idea to an important stakeholder/s. What process and steps did you take to ensure that you were getting your message across? (Max 250 words)

After assessing your CV and answers to the above questions, the next steps for the successful applicants will be a phone screen, followed by an interview that will include a practical activity where you can showcase your skills and potential.

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which include national police checks and misconduct screening.
