Within our production facility in the heart of the WA Wheat Belt in Narembeen, we are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to join our team in a rare opportunity! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Narembeen site. The role has four main functions; coordination of production, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management, staff development and continuous improvement as we assemble cutting edge agricultural machinery and Precision Agriculture Products and working to get them ready for delivery throughout Australasia.

What do you bring?
You’re a skilled and reliable Leader with a background within trades or manufacturing. You will be familiar with production assembly, ideally in a mechanical area and pride yourself on your communication and leadership skills.
