About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Grounds Team Leader to join our Team. This integral role will provide you with the opportunity to lead and develop a high performing team within a supportive and collaborative environment that will be required to care, maintain and develop customer sites and associated facilities, using professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plans, policies and hours allocated.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in supervision of staff and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Qualifications or experience horticulture, lawns & gardens is desirable
  • A methodical approach to your work
  • A current driver's license
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
  • Execute work that is of a high standard
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety management systems.
