eLearning Content Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of engaging eLearning modules and supplementary resources for the HOW Program, aligning with the program’s goals and learning objectives.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure health and occupational wellbeing concepts and practices are accurately conveyed.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure the timely and successful delivery of eLearning content.
  • Use the latest eLearning technologies and methodologies to create an interactive and accessible learning environment.
  • Provide prompt and effective support for help desk inquiries related to the eLearning modules, addressing technical issues and user questions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Help implement feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the eLearning modules, making necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes and program impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously, showing strong initiative.
  • Proven experience in eLearning content development and instructional design, with a solid understanding of digital education principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, proven through effective work with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning and organising capabilities, with a proven track record of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and keep projects on track.
  • Expertise in eLearning development tools and technologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
  • Demonstrated creativity in communicating complex concepts through various mediums—written, visual, and design—making information engaging and understandable.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the healthcare, medical education, or occupational wellbeing sector, understanding the unique challenges and needs of learners in this field.
