Are you an experienced legal counsel who wants to help us accelerate the global transition to renewable energy?
We’re continuing to grow our capability & capacity to deliver large scale projects in the renewable energy sector and to support our project pipeline and so we are on the lookout for a Legal Counsel.

About the Role:
This newly created role will report into our Chief Commercial and Legal Officer and will be a great role for someone 5+ years PQE, holds a current Australian legal practicing certificate, is commercially minded and has a passion to work for a small but ambitious renewable energy organisation.
Particulars of the role include:
Senior legal advisor to the business for commercial contracts and supply agreements, OEM contracts to large scale energy projects and IP protection
Lead on strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analyses, and the development of recommendations
Continued development of our suite of corporate policies in key legal areas
Management of our corporate risk register
Management of external counsel
